i recently stayed here for one night, and it really exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit. the room was spacious with a lovely seating area, perfect for lounging after a day out. breakfast offered plenty of options, including fresh fruit and a hearty full English.

we had a wonderful stay at the greyhound. the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, just a short drive from scarborough. One standout was the breakfast. it had a great selection and was absolutely delicious! we also loved how accommodating they were for my gluten-free friend.

After a long day walking in the rain, we arrived to a lovely warm room with comfy beds and great shower. The cozy pub downstairs provided a nice spot to unwind, and the garden area looked lovely for a sunny morning. The only downside was the road noise, but it faded away once we settled in. 😊

The cleanliness standards in bathrooms need significant improvement!!! Traffic noise from the nearby A64 disrupts a peaceful stay!!! Outdated bathroom fittings suggest a much-needed refurbishment!!!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay with my family, where the spacious family room was beautifully decorated and ensured a cozy night’s sleep. The highlight was undoubtedly the dining experience. both dinner and breakfast showcased superbly prepared local cuisine, with the evening's steak a standout. While the location was delightful, a few minor updates to room amenities would enhance comfort even further.

The hospitality was top-notch! Our courtyard room was spacious, featuring a cozy seating area and a lovely view of the garden. Oh, and the breakfast! I indulged in a delightful full English, cooked to perfection, while soaking in the serene surroundings. 🌼🥞

Only a minor point, but a lamp by the mirror would brighten up the getting ready area. Traffic noise might bother light sleepers, but earplugs are provided, which is a thoughtful touch.

Welcoming owners ensured that dietary needs were well catered for, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. the noise levels from outside disrupted our sleep, and paying upfront was off-putting. Breakfast timings were also restrictive, making it challenging to fully relax in the mornings.

The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The evening meal? Amazing homemade food, just what I needed after a long drive.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable given the quality we experienced.

This place suits me perfectly! Free Wi-Fi, a lovely restaurant, and a cozy bar/lounge area provide everything I need. The staff even helped return my forgotten jewelry on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a city break!
